Healthwatch Autism Research

We have recently started to make links within Health services for you to provide feedback to  and to ensure that parents voices are heard in the planning and commissioning of services. One of these links is with Healthwatch Derbyshire this independent organisation was introduced to ensure those who run services listen to what you have to say, as part of the feedback already received they are researching  how parents and carers experienced the process of having a child diagnosed with Autism including the help and support received before and after diagnosis, they want to hear the good and the bad of these experiences.

Criteria to take part is :

You have a child who has been diagnosed with Autism in  the last 12 months or is currently in the process of being diagnosed

You live in the county of Derbyshire

Your child is under the age of 18
